Wiki / Village
The Housing tab is now the Village — home to its first NPC.
Everything Housing used to do — upgrading your home, the Housing Bank, Salvaging — is still there, just under a new name. The Village is also where new NPCs will live going forward, starting with a trader who solves a real problem: unique drops you can't use and can't trade away, especially in Solo Self-Found where there's no player market to offload them on.
🗡️ Grimsby the Fence
A shady trader in the Village. He'll buy specific unique items off you for Trader's Tokens, then sell you a different one from his own stock once you've saved up enough.

Grimsby's buy list is being expanded to cover more of the game's stuck-forever unique drops: the 6 profession gloves from Ancient Treant, the Invisibility Ring from Abyssal Behemoth, and the Worldbreaker from World Eater. This is currently in a small internal test before it opens up to everyone.

How it works
Open the Village tab and talk to Grimsby to see which of your current items he wants.
Trading in an eligible item removes it from your inventory and gives you Trader's Tokens.
Once you have enough tokens, buy any item from his own stock — no other requirement.
Trader's Tokens can't be traded or mailed to other players — they're tied to your own account's turn-ins.
Why this exists
The 25 zone-unique items (Tiers 16–20) and the new Conqueror's set pieces all drop randomly — you might end up with three copies of one and none of another. Grimsby will buy either off you for Trader's Tokens.
For now, Grimsby only sells back the 7 Conqueror's pieces — the 25 zone-unique items aren't available to buy from him. He's getting his own curated loot table down the line, so his sell list will grow and change over time.
